By using Pals for iPhone, Pals for Mac, or this website you agree to these terms. Pals is provided free of charge during its beta.
Your account
You sign in with your Apple ID. You are responsible for the friends and notes you add and for having the right to store their contact details. Do not use Pals to monitor people without their knowledge.
The service
Pals is offered as-is, without warranty. Reminders are best-effort: notifications can be delayed or dropped by the platforms that deliver them. We may change or discontinue features; if we shut Pals down we will give notice and keep export available first.
Your data
You own your data. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to export or delete it. Deleting your account is immediate and irreversible.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse the security controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
